Flip's Mission Statement

We exist to make a positive change in the world through children, by building their self esteem, self confidence, and most of all by having fun!

Team Corner

As an athlete, you subject your mind, body and heart to the most rigorous of tests. You practice until your muscles scream in pain. Until your body says 'No more'. You endure the physical and mental stresses of your sport, and then it all comes down to one performance, one moment... where you put it all on the line. There will be days where the body feels like it cannot push itself any further. Days when your will power has vanished. Days that you will struggle through a workout or routine you've done one hundred times over. Realize this is all part of the athletes cycle. Pushing yourself to continue on anyway, teaches your mind and body how strong it really is. The heart can always make the mind and body realize it's true potential.

"Somewhere behind the coaches who've pushed you and the teammates who've encouraged you is a little girl who fell in love with the sport, play for her and now one else."

"Set daily, monthly, and long term goals and dreams. Don't ever be afraid to dream too big. Nothing is impossible. If you believe in yourself, you can achieve it." -Nastia Liukin, USA, 2008 Olympic all-around champion
